Check List

Before you visit

  • Have you sent in your booking form with a deposit?
  • Do any of your children need special help?
  • Have you checked pick up and drop off time & place?
  • Have you checked to see if lunch is provided?
  • Have you notified us of any allergies?
  • Do you need to dress up or wear suitable clothing?
  • What do you need to bring with you?
  • Do you have an itinerary?
  • Do all of your adults know what is expected of them?
  • Please let us know if you want to visit the gift shop after your session.

On the day

  • Please arrive in time to use the toilets before the session starts to allow sufficient time before you leave.
  • If you think you might be running late please let us know - Tel 01263 820800
  • Arrange for one person to take photos/video for you so it does not become intrusive.
  • Remember to put your phones on silent mode!
  • Don't forget your class lists.
